Meet the team

William Burke O’Leary

With over thirty years of experience, William O’Leary has been in private practice since 1983. He is an alumni of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where he received his Juris Doctor degree and the University of Massachusetts where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Bill has a broad spectrum of experience and skills in civil litigation, administrative municipal, real estate, commercial, workers’ compensation, admiralty, criminal and probate law. He has appeared before the superior and district courts in Massachusetts, the Industrial Accident Board, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and other boards and agencies throughout the Commonwealth. He has developed a diverse group of professional colleagues and often takes the lead in managing complex legal disputes involving multiple parties.

Kathryn Virginia O’Leary

Kathryn is William O'Leary's daughter and has followed in her father's footsteps as the fourth generation of O'Leary Law. Kathryn was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar on November 20, 2015. She is an alumni of Suffolk University Law School of Boston, Massachusetts where she was an active member of the Suffolk Law National Trial Team. She has also received her Bachelor of Arts in American Government, Concentration in Law & Society from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. She has previously worked at the Bar Counsel of Boston, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office of Boston, the Essex County District Attorney's Office of Salem. During her undergraduate career she interned at the United Kingdom Parliament House of Commons of London, England as well as interned more locally at the Worcester County District Attorney's Office.
