Our office represented a man with a coronary condition that was made worse by the use of a certain proscribed medication. We represented our client in a class action suit against the pharmaceutical company that manufactured the medication. The case involved multiple jurisdictions, and was primarily litigated in the United States District Court for the District of Louisiana. We worked with a law firm in Texas coordinating discovery. Our client received a six-figure settlement.
